I have always beleived with marketing and advertising that less is more. These days, that couldn't be more true. The tried and true methods are usually a good choice. I don't mean less work means a better payoff. I mean quality is a whole lot better than quantity.
With print or digital advertising this is especially the case. Too much content and information can be a distraction. Make it simple, large font with a picture/colors that are pleasing to the eyes. People can be just like bulls, they charge to red. Stick to the basics: your website, main message, address and phone number. Beyond that can be distracting.
Less is more but it can also hurt you. The message must be concise and effective. It’s not enough just to purchase a billboard or sign and put your name on it, you have to be creative. You must make future customers think enough to give you a phone call or look at the website. When the type is too busy and it gets small.
So stick to the basics, be creative and get remembered!
